Inspections

Termites cause more damage to Australian homes than natural disasters or any other damage, and their presence is almost impossible for the untrained eye to detect until the damage has become extensive.

The only way to detect the presence of termites before extensive damage has been done is a Timber Pest Inspection to Australian Standard AS4349.3 carried out by an experienced, qualified and licensed contractor.

Termite Solutions Inspectors perform Pre-Purchase, Pre-Sale and Routine Inspections to AS4349.3 with the added security of Full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Full colour digital photo reports are available shortly after the inspection and can be emailed, faxed or
express mail delivered.

Using the latest technology together with extensive experience and training, the A-Team can thoroughly inspect your property with a minimum of inconvenience to you or the occupants, and accurately report on the condition of your property. We are required to check for the presence of Termites, Borers and Wood Decay Fungi (Rot).

Pre Purchase Inspections   Pre Sale Inspections   Regular Home Inspections

Buying a home is usually the largest financial investment that we make in our lives, and everyone has heard horror stories of houses falling down from damage caused by timber pests whose presence was not detected before purchase.

Evidence of timber pest damage and activity is encountered in 1 in every 4 homes, according to State Forestry research.  Termites alone cause more $80 million of damage each year. (NRA Report 1994)  So it is vital that you have a professional timber pest inspection performed...before you decide to buy.

Help sell your home by providing the assurance of a Pre-Sale Inspection Report.

Providing prospective purchasers with a Pre-sale Inspection Report saves them time and could provide a definite advantage, particularly in areas known for termites.

Selling your home?

Auction?

Open for inspection?

Providing a Pre-Sale Inspection Report gives your property a unique selling advantage, particularly in areas known for termites.

Avoid the embarrassment of a pest inspector finding termite activity after you sold your house!!

Why not provide a copy of our report to your real estate agent or attach a copy on the auction conditions sign board!!

Regular termite inspections can't stop termite attack but with regular inspections we should find small problems before major structural damage can occur. The Australian standard recommends at least 12 monthly inspections, but we know from experience that significant damage can occur in less than 3 months.

Our inspectors are happy to give home owners advice to help them to carry out regular home owner checks. We'll also explain the do's and don't's to help reduce the risk of termite attack.

Termites are almost impossible for the untrained eye to detect until extensive damage has been done and you are faced with an expensive repair bill.

Remember... the only way to detect the presence of termites before extensive damage has been done is a Timber Pest Inspection to Australian Standard AS4349.3 carried out by an experienced,  qualified and licensed contractor.
